Waves coming in and out—we don’t question if they’ll leave. 

Emotions ebb and flow with the same cadence as the tide.

Engage with God and the world—while also trusting the ever-changing-tide. 

Trusting the return and recede—gleaning the nutrients from the next wave. 

Receiving intel—gaining wisdom—applying right action. 

Returning to peace. 

Being rocked and lulled by His cadence and rhythm with us. He commands the tides.
